We are to share how our VISOR® technology at @SensoPart powers an impressive automation solution developed by our partner @ribegruppe3322 – Richard Bergner Gruppe for a leading manufacturer of premium automotive interior and exterior modules. In this end of line application, our 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥® 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰 vision sensor works together with a @UniversalRobotsVideo UR20. The VISOR® detects each injection molded part on the conveyor, identifies whether it’s the left or right variant, and sends precise robot coordinates directly to the UR20. The robot then grips and stacks the parts accurately in the correct position of the rack – fully automated and highly reliable.
