Optical color sensors detect colors and materials, even on challenging surfaces, providing valuable assistance in sorting packaging or when checking different labels. Depending on the sensor, the range is between 32 and 150 mm.
Our optical distance sensors reliably cover both close proximities as well as great distances. They are compatible with IO-Link and provide fast and accurate measurement, as well as precise positioning or detection – depending on the application.
A sensor that combines the powerful performance of active-stereo vision with the simplicity of an optical sensor: ideal for aligning parts in vibratory conveyors, detecting missing parts in packaging, and checking for presence on conveyor lines.

Thanks to sliders, live diagnostics, and real-time diagrams, you have full control over signal quality and switching cycles – essentially providing tuning for your process reliability.
Optical sensors that are compatible with IO-Link take you one step closer to a smart factory. They enable bidirectional communication, error-free data transmission and central storage of settings. When a device is replaced, the system automatically loads the parameters into the new sensor, which reduces downtime to an absolute minimum. And what's more: you are free to use IO-Link, but you don't have to. All of our IO-Link sensors can also be operated as conventional I/O sensors.
